It was the biggest surprise in the world! My fiancé flew me to Las Vegas, treated me like a queen, and best of all?! Propose to me with OTTERS! I had no idea we would see otters let alone that he would propose there!!! The otters were chirping and you can see it in the video! We also got a picture and an otter photo bombed our picture!!!!
