These photos were submitted by Carolyn, who tells us they’re of “Nino, the baby river otter we rescued near Turrabares, Costa Rica.”
Thanks, Carolyn, Gaby and Jorge!
OMG how precious, how can we help? xoxo
I think I love him, oh Nino!
Thanks for sharing. Costa Rica is best known for its howler and capuchin monkeys, sloths, and toucans. But there is a plenty of wildlife here – including adorable otters. In fact, with just 0.03% of the world’s landmass, it has 5% of the species. It’s one of the most biodiverse places on the planet.
