Thanks to Randy Finley, who writes: I was waiting to go on a pontoon boat cruise in Elkhorn Slough checking out the docks when I saw what looked like a dog on the dock. I almost walked by, but when I looked a little closer it wasn’t a dog, but an entirely dry sea otter hanging out right in the middle of lots of human activity.
